Who we are
Curated Learning (ABN 28 294 749 620) provides HSC, IB and Year 7–10 tutoring and educational resources in New South Wales. This policy explains how we handle personal information. We aim to handle it in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
We collect only what you give us, through our website forms, by email or in conversation. This may include:
- Parent or student names, email addresses and phone numbers
- The student’s school, year level, curriculum and subjects
- Anything you choose to tell us about the student’s goals, assessments or progress
- For tutors: the subjects you teach, your results and tutoring experience
Where the information is about a student under 18, we ask that it is provided by, or with the knowledge of, a parent or guardian.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange a consultation
- To plan and deliver tutoring, including matching students with a tutor
- To send sample worksheets and information you have asked for
- To manage bookings, invoices and our relationship with you
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the tutor working with the student, and with service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host (which processes form submissions) and our email provider. Some of these providers may store data outside Australia. We may also disclose information where required by law.
How we keep it safe
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we delete or de-identify it when it is no longer needed.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing admin@curatedlearningaus.com. We will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be on this page.
